Abstract
Project Soul Kitchen is aiming to create a scope of communion with in participants and volunteers through healthy nourishing food. The program teaching individuals by assigning them to different tasks in team and in individual which can allow participants to appreciate and acknowledge each ones role in the process. As our diets comes from our religion(ethic) and our religions from our diet, project Soul Kitchen aims to give apropriate understanding and giving insights towards the moral and ethical conscious values we have received from God through the Torah to transform the understanding about Holy consecrated, healthy and Eco-friendly nourishment up to vegetarian/vegan practicing asceticism as often as we can. (Isaiah 7:21-22).
And of course, dining, getting together, praising the LORD God(the Creator, provider and sustainer of our life) who have given us Earth to nurture us with its fruits; for the water which quench our thirst; for our living habitats and nature acknowledging and being mindful for the mercy and love of God who is providing us the day of communion in remembrance and to share in aspiration to carry on in our life journey.
Context
The Holy Communion חג המזות (Hag HaMatzot), the Sabbath meal or the Supper the prophet Yehoshuah(Selam) have shared among his followers is a sacred meal which nourishes the body and Soul with the blessing of God unlike the depicted and distorted Christian literature who took it literally instead of understanding it with the Torah commandments and teachings comprehensively even though the prophet Yehoshuah him self taught clearly to keep the commandments(Mitzvah). The meal is a consecrated meal and can break from the conditioned experiences of the mind which are destructive for the Soul as well to the body(Temple to live in harmony with the divine guidance of God in Holy Spirit and truth through Mitzvah). The Holy Communion does not cause degeneration to the body but a nourishment. This types of meal and preparation can be referred as Koshur, vegetarian or vegan meals depending on the ingredients.

The Holy Communion can be prepared from flour, oil and some vegetables, cooked fish or from the flesh of clean animals according to the commandments. It needs to be with out blood and must be prepared with neatness and care. It needs thanksgiving praise to God, before eating and after finishing. It would be great if the diner can remain on one posture in between the two praises. And when we are able to share it with others who are also consecrated for the willing path, it will be a greater blessing among. The Holy communion meal cleanses the body and can nourish the person while eating and will remain within the system of the body nourishing the Soul and body harmonizing it with the Pure Holy Spirit (presence of God being honored). It can assist us with clean and sacred nourishment for our spiritual journey and consciousness by breaking the conditions of the mind.

It also helps us to understand that mankind doesn’t live in the will of the bread, but in the will of God, that we are able to live as we learn through our practice of mindfulness we will be realizing we are being blessed and nourished regardless to the amount from what we may had been consuming and were not being satisfied. This will lead us to realizing the love of God for his children (creation) who have provided his blessings and nourishment we need to be mindful and worthy of receiving. As it have not been convenient for the world to be mindful of God’s kind and good will, so we need to be mindful in our own initiation.

Hopefully as the world is also of the people who are living in it and has been evolving this is among the elements we need to work on to attain a coherent and sensible living to aspects of life through understanding the true designs of purity.

You may be in a different culture and diets, but with out being discouraged there are many interesting consecrated ingredients to prepare a holy communion. Like the Tibetan use Tsampa which is a common meal for some Buddhist monks made from roasted barely flour, unleavened bread from wheat flours, rice with fish, vegetables or even from serials there are plenty of delicious and nutritious meals which can be prepared. The main idea is to be content by God’s creation and delicate tastes which can make us feel alive and harmonized being mindful to nature and to our Creator (God the LORD Almighty), who have created the Earth to nurture us with its seeds to make bread we can offer and share among in his name in remembrance; who have made the Earth to flourish the fruits we do taste; the delight to our Soul when we are nourished; and with the water which quenched our thirst and is pure to cleanse us from impurity. All has been designed in detail by the Creator the LORD our God Almighty even to the taste of the food in our mouth have been designed and guided for us in his love and compassion. It is the greater pleasing to the LORD our God when we are pleased with his good and kind will for the kingdom of God is pure as such and is to eternity.

It is to reunite with that timeless state of purity and to remain clean from Karma and sin which will not fit in to the Heaven. And on the other hand it is healthy in diet as well as in moral values as we will be learning to be committed to share as breaking the bread and sharing it among signifies sharing and caring defeating greed teaching us the value of generosity. At last but not least, a vegetarian diet as often as possible is green for the ecosystem and environment of our planet Earth beside with its health benefits.
As our teachers, enlightened beings and from the phenomenal Mosheiach prophet Moshe to the Messianic prophets in his teachings including Yehoshuah have asked as to do this in remembrance of God’s good and kind will for us and obeying the commandments.

As often as we can, we will be blessed and can be able to save lives and our planet by reducing one unnecessary consumption among the many, which creates socio-economic and political instabilities in this globalized economy of our planet Earth which has been given for us all to live optimally. We can also be helping in tackling the high raising risks of global warming and various diseases in relation to various pollution, and the environmentally degrading hazards which are devastating our planet.
Hopefully it is inspiring and manageable.
Bon Appétite! 🙂
I sincerely advice this as often as possible mindfully and soulfully.
God bless us all and help us to receive the pure guidance to the path!
